In Vértice, form does not expand: it concentrates. Matter seems drawn toward a point of inflection, where folds, torsions, and tensions cease to be surface and begin to act as structure. Nothing here presents itself as anatomy. What emerges is an axis of presence, an implied body sustained by the compression of the forces that traverse it. The undulations do not suggest flow, but containment. They are marks of an energy that met resistance and, in that encounter, acquired form. The surface retains the memory of heat, pressure, and deviation, as if each fold recorded the instant when matter chose not to yield, but to organize itself. Vértice is the place where opposing impulses meet and become fixed. Not as interrupted conflict, but as convergence made form. The work affirms the moment when matter reaches its center of gravity and transforms instability into permanence.
